Conventional medicine views health as the absence of disease. Integrative medicine looks at the whole person — body, mind, spirit — and defines health as wellness. Assessment is often done in different ways, which can offer more treatment options for healing. My goal is to provide you the safest and most effective therapies available.

After practicing internal medicine in Bangor for 12 years, I took a break from traditional medicine to explore the many options in health and alternative healing modalities. I am excited to include that knowledge in my work, and to have a practice in which I can spend the time needed for each patient to focus on wellness and optimum health.
